Includes: (1) Right Hand Latch, (1) Left Hand Latch, (2) Springs
Cost: $95.00 with 30 day Parts Only warranty

Option C

Includes metal parts to be installed by First Source Inc, Rochester NY.
Includes: (1) Right Hand Metal Latch, (1) Left Hand Metal Latch,
Right Hand Cover Retainer, (1) Left Hand Cover Retainer,
2) IP Holding Fingers.
Cost: $150 with one year Parts Only warranty

Option D

To include all of option C plus the following:
New Felt Lining, New Hinge Assembly, New Window
Evaluation of IP Plate.
Cost: $195.00 with one year Parts Only warranty
